GiftAider Amplify: setting custom required fields

Required field rules in GiftAider Amplify help enforce important data entry. Use them where a field must be completed for future records or workflows.

  1. Open the Required Fields Manager.
  2. Select Add.
  3. Choose the entity.
  4. Choose the field.
  5. Save the rule.
  6. Test the relevant form before asking wider teams to use it.

If a rule is no longer needed, deactivate it so the field stops being required for future entries.
