Running donation reports and summary reports
Donation and summary reports help your charity review donation data, claim readiness, historic activity and totals before or after claim work.
Steps
- Open the reporting area.
- Choose the report type.
- Select the date field.
- Set the from and to dates.
- Choose all records or a filtered set where available.
- Run the report.
- Review or export the result.
Useful checks
- Compare report totals with expected donation totals.
- Check whether unclaimed records need validation.
- Keep exports for finance or trustee review where required.
- Use reports before and after large imports.
