Logging and reviewing Gift Aid declarations
A Gift Aid declaration records that a donor has given permission for eligible donations to be claimed. Keeping declarations clear helps validation, claim preparation and later review.
What to record

- Open the donor record.

- Add a declaration or review an existing one.
- Check the date signed.
- Set the declaration status.
- Set the declaration method.
- Save the record.
- Review affected donations before claim preparation if status changes.
