Custom names in GiftAider Amplify let your charity adjust labels and terminology so the CRM matches the language your team uses.

1. Open the Custom Names area.
2. Choose the entity or field.
3. Enter the custom display name.
4. Save the change.
5. Review the affected screens and update training notes if needed.

Keep naming consistent. Changing too many labels at once can make support and onboarding harder.
