GiftAider Amplify: using custom attributes

Custom attributes in GiftAider Amplify let your charity record extra information that does not fit the standard fields. They are useful when your CRM setup needs charity-specific data while keeping core Gift Aid records clear.

1. Open the Attribute Manager.
2. Choose the entity you want to configure.
3. Select Add.
4. Name the attribute clearly.
5. Choose the value type where the option is available.
6. Save and test the field on a record.

Disable attributes that are no longer used rather than removing historic meaning from older records.
