A worldwide spiritual university and well-being charity had been using Orchard Gift Aid Manager as a large, multi-user Microsoft Access database.
When Orchard Software stopped offering support for Gift Aid Manager, the charity needed a supported route forward without losing its Gift Aid history.

The charity had a full Orchard database used by more than one person. The move needed to keep donors, donations and declarations correctly linked.
The Solution
GiftAider reviewed the Orchard Microsoft Access database, identified the data needed for Gift Aid processing, and mapped the relevant records into GiftAider Breeze.
The charity moved from unsupported Gift Aid Manager software into GiftAider Breeze, giving the team a supported online system for importing, validating, preparing and submitting Gift Aid claims.
